We have five E-Wands and they work great. I was having trouble pairing the E-Remote to one wand and Charles was quick with instructions and also sent a PDF outlining how to do it. Got it done and everything works now. Thanks you, Chris

I purchased a Current Luxury Helux motorized solar umbrella for my deck this past Summer. This is a fantastic umbrella, its quality is far superior to other umbrella brands I considered, and the solar powered motorized operation makes it very easy to open/close. The umbrella has provided a huge benefit to the enjoyment of our deck. I contacted Current Luxury customer service to discuss an issue I encountered with my umbrella. Their customer service was fantastic and they went above and beyond what I ever expected to resolve my issue. Current Luxury obviously prides itself on providing great customer service. Great company, great products, great customer service!

Current Luxury has been more than exceptional. We have only been a dealer of the brand for going on two years and a product owner for a few months. Every step of the process was extremely seamless and very personal. We spoke with account executive, Cheri Crosby and she held our hand every step of the way; from sending us finish samples to assisting us in choosing the perfect product for our display. We received the product well within the parameters of the lead time frame with all parts intact and present. The installation was pretty standard and the motorized rod worked beautifully. The Rod is a great conversational piece and the perfect addition to our showroom.

Excellent customer service! The Revolve rod is well designed, robust and lovely to look at as it operates. The motor easily integrates via blue tooth to my phone and home automation device. Everyone needs a Current Luxury product in their home or office space.

Having recently purchased a smart home which included the motorized wands from “Current Luxury” , we needed some help understanding how they worked. We called customer service and had an expertly technical , amazingly patient, kind and professional service provider named Charles talk us through the easy process. Honestly, in a world filled with automated voices, electronic gadgetry and screens with information at our fingertips, it’s easy to get lost in it all. It is unbelievably rare to find a person in a company with the gift of service! Charles is an important asset to this business! I wondered if he was the owner. Thank you Charles for your ease in guiding us through this 1 aspect of the new home. We appreciate you! Susan, California

We have used Current Luxury's Silent Track to automate and motorize the operation of the drapes in a few of our clients homes. We have very high standards and expectations of the brands and products that we represent, and we can confidently say that their products exceed all of our expectations. Their customer service and technical support are also amazing! We had a project that required a custom solution, and after speaking with our account rep, they challenged the engineering team with creating a solution for us. To our amazement the engineering team built a functional prototype within 48 hours of our inquiry! We were blown away at their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra-mile to support the dealers' that represent the brand. We enthusiastically recommend Current Luxury and the products they manufacture.
