A: The Boostie™ chair has a built-in tensioner on the bottom of the seat that can be reached from a sitting position.

Q: What colors is the Bootsie™ available in?
A: It is available in white or gray, with a choice of 4 different EVA pads.

Q: How heavy is the Bootsie™ chair?
A: The Bootsie™ chair is 14lbs and is made of UV resistant plastic, aircraft grade aluminum, and stainless-steel rivets.

Q: Is the Bootsie™ chair stackable?
A: Yes, the Bootsie™ chair is designed to nest with each other. Two Bootsie™ chairs stacked side by side measure 1-“. If stacking horizontally (in the trunk of your car) you can invert every other Bootsie™ chair; two Bootsie™ chairs stack 8” high.

Q: What are the dimensions of the Bootsie™ chair?
A: The Bootsie™ chair seat width measures wq”, 1-3″ wider than most folding chairs. The unfolded Bootsie™ seat height is 17.5″ off the ground. The Bootsie™ chairs collapsed measures 25.5″W X 37″H X 25″ D.

E-Wand™

Q: Is the E-Wand™ compatible with my existing blinds?
A: Yes! The E-Wand™ is fully compatible will all venetian blinds, mini-blinds, and wand tilted vertical blinds. Unfortunately, at this time the E-Wand™ is not compatible with vertical blinds that use a rope or chain to tilt the slats. Q: My venetian blinds are tilted using a cord. Can I still use the E-Wand™?
A: Yes! For homes with corded tilt horizontal blinds, we offer a universal conversion kit with adapters to fit any venetian blinds on the market. Converting a cord tilt blind to a wand tilt is a very straightforward process that is outlined in the Installation Manual and User Guide. For the best operation of the E-Wand™, we highly recommend using our universal conversion kit over the several offered through third party sellers, as the tilt stem is usually positioned differently.

Q: How do I install the E-Wand™?
A: Installation of the E-Wand™ is straight forward, and programming is intuitive. Download the E Wand Installation Manual and User Guide.

Q: How much energy am I actually saving by having my E-Wand™ set to fully automatic?
A: Windows play a large part in the efficiency of a home. It is recommended that to save energy, homeowners close their blinds when it is warm outside to reduce heat infiltration into the home. During winter months, when daytime temperatures are low, it is recommended that homeowners open their blinds to allow in residual heat from the sun. It is reported that the typical home will cut between 10-15% of their annual energy usage by closing the blinds or curtains during high temperatures and opening them during daytime cool temperatures. 

Q: How can I tell if I need to change the batteries?
A: When the E-Wand™ has low batteries, it will play a short tune when twisted. Be sure to replace your batteries with 1.5v AA Alkaline batteries.

Q: How long are the batteries going to last?
A: Batteries in the E-Wand™ last approximately a year under normal use.

Q: I bought the E-Wand™ without a remote. Is it too late for me to program one to my units?
A: Absolutely not! You can link a remote to a E-Wand™ whenever you want.

Q: How can I control the E-Wand™?
A: There are several ways you can control the E-Wand™: 1) manually, 2) by remote control, 3) by twist grouping, and 4) use the Current Luxury app. This is different from many other blind motorization devices that offer only a single method of control.

  1. To move the slats manually, you can perform a slight twist on the E-Wand™ Twist Handle until the slats reach your desired position.
  2. E-Wands™ can be controlled via remote control. The remote has 5 channels and an all-channel capability, allowing you full control over which blinds you move.
  3. Twist Grouping allows you to move a single E-Wand™ to control a designated group of blinds. All E-Wand™ come with the capability to be twist grouped. Instructions on how to create a twist group can be found in the Installation Manual and User Guide as well as within the Instructional Videos.
  4. The E-wand can be controlled with the Current Luxury app, you can set up schedules as well as groupings for any room in your home.

Helux™ Manual Umbrella

Q: What is unique about the Helux™ umbrella?
A: Being counterbalanced with the Easy Lift function allows for effortless opening & closing.

Q: How does the Helux™ lock into place?
A: The locking handle locks in any position between fully opened and fully closed. Simply turn the hub to lock into place.

Q: Does the Helux™ have strong support?
A: Absolutely! The Helux is supported by a 1½” rust-resistant powder-coated aluminum center tube and 8 ½ diameter fiberglass rods for enhanced integrity in high winds.

Helux™ Solar Motorized Umbrella

Q: Why is my umbrella not working with the remote?
A:
To pair the remote with your Helux™ remove the battery module from the housing, press and release the button on the inside of the housing. Locate the hole on the back of the remote, press and release with the pin tool provided then press and release the up button the front of the remote.

Q: Why is my umbrella not moving when I press the button on the Helux™?
A:
Remove the battery module from housing and ensure the housing plug is inserted into your battery. You can also check the battery strength using the Current Luxury app.

Q: Why is my umbrella not working with the app?
A:
To onboard your Helux™ with the Current Luxury app remove the battery module and press the button on the inside of the housing, then open your app and push the plus sign to add device. If this is your first time just follow the prompted steps. Please refer to the programming instructions listed below.

Q: Will I ever need to change batteries on my Helux™ Motorized Umbrella?
A:
Under normal usage you should not have to charge the battery. The battery module that operates the motor and LED system are integrated into our solar recharging system.

Q: How long will my Helux™ Motorized battery last?
A:
This can vary based on direct sunlight and usage but you should be able to utilize the LED up to 3 hours a day plus unlimited use of the open/close feature without charging

Q: What happens if I store my Helux™ Motorized Umbrella?
A:
Under most conditions storing you Helux™ Motorized Umbrella means the solar panel will not be exposed the sunlight and not recharge batteries.  Allow you Helux™ Motorized Umbrella one day to recharge the battery module or remove the battery and plug it into the provided charger for 3-4 hour.

Q: Why did my Helux™ Motorized Umbrella automatically close?
A:
All Helux™ Solar come standard with a Auto-Close feature, this will activate in the event of high winds. The sensitivity can be controlled on the app.

Q: My Helux™ Motorized Umbrella will not open, what should I do?
A:
This could be a series of possibilities. Make sure the cover has been removed. Check the app to ensure you have proper battery charge for operation. Remove the battery module to make sure it is plugged in correctly.

Q: How Do I Operate the LED Lighting System?
A:
You can manually control the LED lights by pressing on the lower shroud or open your app to control. There are 5 dimmable settings.

Helux™ Table

Q: How do I assemble my Helux™ table.
A: Optional pedestal tables come in 30” and 40” diameter. To install the table remove the Helux™ umbrella from the base pole, ensure the fine thread end is placed upwards. Attach the table support by screwing it on to base pole, the table is designed to seat into the pockets on the table support. Once you have secured the table install the fastener, turn until tight. Now install your Helux™ umbrella back onto the base pole

Q: What color is the Helux™ table available in?
A: The Helux™ Table is available in white only.

Q: What maintenance is required on my Helux™ Table?
A: The Helux™ Table is made from Durable UV resistant ABS plastic.  It should not require any maintenance and can be easily cleaned with a mild detergent.  Do not use cleaners containing scraping aggregates.  Do not use steel wool to clean the Helux™ Table.

Q: How heavy is the Helux™ Table?
A: 30″ table weighs 5.5 lbs and the 40″ table weighs 9.5 lbs.

Q: What are the dimensions of the Helux™ Table?
A: Helux™ tables come in 30″ diameter and 40″ diameter.

Revolve™ Drapery System

Q: Are there a variety of power options for motorized Revolve™?
A: Yes. Alkaline, Lithium Ion, low voltage wall plug, and hardwired. Power supplies are housed in the pendant and are interchangeable.

Q: What design options does Revolve™ come in?
A: Formed, fluted and smooth. Motorization is only offered in the formed rod, while manual applications can use any of the three rod profiles.

Q: Are there a variety of control options for motorized Revolve™?
A: Control options include pendant control, handheld remote control, Current Touch (capacitive touch), Current Luxury app, voice control, and third-party integration.

Q: What are the different Revolve™ applications?
A: The Revolve™ applications include single motorized, dual motorized, single manual, dual manual.

Q: Do you have multiple power supplies with dual Revolve™ rods?
A: Dual rods require a single control board and power supply. In dual applications, only one control board is needed, and it is housed in the sensor box. Motors from both rods connect directly into the sensor box for control and power through the single power supply.

Q: Does Revolve™ require drapery tape for ripplefold?
A: Revolve™ rods do not require drapery tape. On the “PINRIPPLE™ rings,” the chain controls the maximum distance possible in between each ring, while our patented PINRIPPLE™ ring design allows installers to alternate pin direction, creating the ability to create a patented PINRIPPLE™ using a flat panel curtain on a rod.

Q: How do you install Revolve™?
A: Easy installation with bracket adjustment and forgiving rod placement. Rod bracket plates include the ability for easy adjustment during installation. The bracket arms themselves are designed for the rod to snap in for a no-slip, straightforward rod installation.

Q: What is the Revolve™ drapery rod?
A: Revolve™ is the only truly motorized drapery rod on the market today. Using patented helical features, Revolve™ rotates, traversing anti-waver rings along the length of the rod to open and close the curtain

Q: How can I prevent drapery rings from wavering?
A: Revolve™ rings are designed specifically to eliminate the “wavering” of a traditional ring as they traverse along the rod, improving the aesthetics and reducing clatter.

Q: What drapery is Revolve compatible with?
A: Pinch pleat, grommet flat panel and our patented  PINRIPPLE™ .

Q: What makes SilenTrac™ unique?
A: The ultra-quiet motor operation. SilenTrac™ operates at the same noise level as a quiet room with no talking. Also, SilenTrac™’s groundbreaking carrier design makes it compatible with several drapery styles.

Q: Which drapery styles is SilenTrac™ compatible with?
A: Continuous ripplefold center draw, slim pinch pleat center draw, and wraparound pinch pleat side draw (also available in ripplefold and our patented  PINRIPPLE™ ).

Q: How difficult is it to mount SilenTrac™?
A: It’s easy. No additional brackets are necessary to mount SilenTrac™. The fascia system uses clips that snap into the track.

Q: What’s the benefit of the curtain-saver obstruction sensor?
A: If the drapes are held while moving, the motor will stop to prevent drapery damage.

Q: What are the options to control SilenTrac™?
A: Manually, through the Smart Assist, with a pendant, 3 remote control options, Current Luxury app, Amazon Alexa, and any third-party integration.

Q: What fascia options are available with SilenTrac™?
